Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business along with a Culinary Arts degree, she has successfully owned and operated her own culinary enterprise for 16 years in Los Angeles, California. Zsajsha has catered to an elite clientele, bringing bespoke culinary experiences to a diverse array of settings. From special events and film catering to gourmet craft service and serving her personal chef clients, she has demonstrated versatility and expertise across all her culinary endeavors.

Mike

Mike, a public health nurse, brings a compassionate and holistic approach to the business. His background in healthcare has instilled in him a deep understanding of the importance of quality and sustainability. Mike's dedication to public health complements Zsajsha's culinary artistry, ensuring that every bottle of olive oil is not only delicious but also beneficial to health and well-being. His expertise in public health has been instrumental in implementing organic and sustainable practices in their olive oil production.

Our Story

At the end of 2022 after the passing of her father, Zsajsha and her life partner Mike found their Italian dream home. Drawn to the charm of the Adriatic coast, they found their perfect abode in the quaint town of Lanciano, Abruzzo. Their new home, a delightful two-story house, promised abundant potential, nestled amidst nearly three acres of land adorned with ancient olive trees.

The year 2023 brought their first olive harvest in October. With the helpful guidance and support from their neighbors, Zsajsha and Mike were able to swiftly learn the ropes of olive harvesting. Their community's warmth and expertise enabled them to complete their inaugural harvest in just two days, ensuring the olive oil's freshness and preserving the integrity of the oil.

This new chapter in Italy is not just a change of scenery for Zsajsha and Mike but a deeper dive into a lifestyle that marries their passions for culinary arts, health, and sustainability. Their story is a testament to the power of community, the joy of embracing new challenges, and the beauty of turning dreams into reality in a place that feels like home.
